● Where MAM customers and clients use their home contact information as business contact information, MAM considers that the contact information provided is business contact information, and is not therefore subject to protection as personal information.
The types of Personal Information we collect directly from you includes:

● Email address
● Mailing address
● Phone numbers
● Log-in credentials, if you create a MAM account.
● Billing information and information found on a retail receipt, such as shipping address of a gift card recipient, credit or debit card number, verification number, and expiration date.
● Information about products purchases, total amount purchased or other transactions with us.
● Information about your customer service interactions with us.
● Demographic information such as your gender or other information you choose to provide as part of your MAM profile.
● Demographic data may be used to tailor your experience on the Site and the communications you receive from us, to determine aggregate consumer preferences and purchasing patterns, and promotion evaluation, development and implementation.
● At times, aggregate information that does not identify any particular user may be compiled and shared with our affiliates and other third parties as described herein.
● User-generated content you post in public forums such as when you comment on or review a program.
● We will always collect your personal information by fair and lawful means. For example, you may provide your personal information when you complete a contest form, submit a promotional product request form, participate in a promotional offer, including one that requires you to submit a receipt, or contact Consumer Affairs.
● We sometimes collect personal information from you through third-party service providers.
● If you request that your purchase be provided to someone other than yourself (such as a gift recipient), we use the information you provide about the other person to fulfill the shipment.
● Any other information you choose to directly provide to us in connection with your use of the Services.
3. Information We Collect Through Automated Means
When you use our Services, we collect certain information as described in this Section. As discussed further below, we and our service providers (which are third-party companies that work on our behalf) may use a variety of technologies, including cookies and similar tools, to assist in collecting this information.
● Websites. When you use our website, we collect and analyze information such as your IP address, browser types, browser language, operating system, software and hardware attributes (including device IDs) referring and exit pages and URLs, the number of clicks, pages viewed and the order of those pages, the date and time you used the Services, error logs, and other similar information.
● Mobile Applications and Software. When you use a MAM mobile application or software, we automatically receive certain information about the mobile phone, tablet, or computer used to access the application or software, including device identifiers, IP address, operating system, version, Internet service provider, browser type, domain name and other similar information, whether and when you update the app, date and time of use, and how you use the app.
● Location Information. When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect general location information (e.g., IP address, city/state and or postal code associated with an IP address) from your computer or mobile device.
4. Information We Collect from Social Media & Other Content Platforms
If you access the Services through a third-party connection or log-in (e.g., through a social network like Facebook or Twitter), you may allow us to have access to and store certain information from your social network profile. This can include your name, gender, profile picture, your “likes” and check-ins, and your list of friends, depending on your settings on such services.
If you do not wish to have this information shared, do not use a social networking connection to access the Services. For a description of how social networking sites handle your information, please refer to their privacy policies and Terms of Service, which may permit you to modify your privacy settings. You may also have the option of posting your Services activities to Social Networking Services when you access content through the Services (for example, you may post to Facebook that you enrolled in a class on the Service); you acknowledge that if you choose to use this feature, your friends, followers and subscribers on any Social Networking Services you have enabled will be able to view such activity.
5. Information We Collect from Others
We may receive additional information such as demographic and statistical information from third parties, such as business partners, marketers, researchers, analysts, and other parties that we may attribute to you based on your assignment to certain statistical groups. We use this information to supplement the information that we collect directly from you in order to derive your possible interests and to provide more relevant experiences for you and improve our products, analytics, and advertising.
6. Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for general audiences and not for children under the age of 13. We generally do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose information that is identifiable to children. When we do, it is on a limited basis and with the expectation of their parents’ or legal guardian’s supervision or permission. In such cases, we strictly limit the use of that personal information to the purposes for which it was collected. We recommend that parents and guardians take steps to limit and monitor their children’s Internet activities directly, or through software and other tools.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies We Use to Collect Information
We collect anonymous information about any user of the Site, without storing Personally Identifiable Information. This anonymous information may include a user’s browser type, type of computer operating system, and the domain name of the website from which the user linked to the Site. This information is collected for MAM’s internal use, such as to enhance website security, to detect broad demographic trends, to assist MAM in providing content tailored to a user’s interests and to otherwise enhance the user experience on the Site.

12. User Generated Content
From time to time, we may receive content from consumers as part of promotions and other functions of our Site (“User Generated Content” or “UGC”). Any UGC you submit may be publicly displayed, including on our Site, and is subject to any terms and conditions communicated to you as part of the submission process. Please remember that any information you disclose in connection with a UGC submission may become public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal, financial or other information in a submission. MAM cannot prevent such information from being used in a manner that may violate this Privacy Policy, the law, or your personal privacy and safety. Furthermore, MAM is not responsible for the results of such postings.
13. MAM Communications
Through our Site and various offline means, you may sign up or opt-in to receive communications from MAM. If you do not opt-in, MAM will not send you any communications, including promotional offers. Each communication sent to you by MAM contains an “unsubscribe” link or other unsubscribe mechanism, allowing you to opt-out at any time. If you opt-in to receive communications from multiple brands within the MAM family of companies, and subsequently wish to opt-out, you may need to opt-out individually from each of the brands you elected to receive communications from.
14. How We Share and Disclose Your Information
Generally, we do not disclose your personal information, and where we do, we will identify to whom and for what purposes the disclosure will be made, and will obtain your consent to such disclosure. In any case, we only disclose your personal information as permitted or required by law.
MAM will share your information in the following ways:
● Affiliates and Subsidiaries. We may share information we collect within the MAM Inc company to deliver products, programs, and services to you, ensure a consistent level of service, and enhance our products, services, and your customer experience.
● Service Providers. We may provide access to or share your information with select third parties who perform services on our behalf. These services providers may help us operate our business and our Site and to administer activities on our behalf, such as sending emails, fulfilling orders, promotions, product content and features, advertising, analytics, research, customer service, data storage, security, fraud prevention, payment processing, and legal services. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes. For instance, merchandise fulfillment and management agencies to conduct promotional activities on our behalf. Each of our service providers is required by contract or other binding means to comply with our privacy standards to protect the privacy of your personal information, and to only handle your personal information for MAM purposes. ● Public Forums. Certain features of our Services make it possible for you to share comments publicly with other users. Any information you post openly in these ways will be available to the public at large and potentially accessible through third-party search engines. ● Ad Networks and Anonymous Information. From time to time, we may share Anonymous Information about use of the Services, such as by publishing a report on usage trends. The sharing of such data is unrestricted. We may have relationships with third-party service providers known as Ad Networks to serve ads on our behalf across the Internet. Using cookies and similar technologies (such as “pixel tags”, “web beacons”, “clear GIFs”), Ad Networks collect anonymous information about your visits to our Site and other websites in order to deliver advertisements that may be of particular interest to you. This process does not involve the collection of any personal information. For example, the Ad Networks do not know your name, phone number, address or email address and we do not share any personal information about you with these Ad Networks.
In connection with these Ad Networks, we adhere to the “Canadian Self-Regulatory Principles for Online Behavioral Advertising”. These Principles were developed by the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada, a consortium of leading Canadian advertising and marketing associations, with the aim of applying consumer-friendly standards to online behavioral advertising across the World Wide Web.

15. Online Analytics and Advertising
● Analytics. We may use third-party web analytics services (such as those of Google Analytics) on our Services to collect and analyze usage information through cookies and similar tools; engage in auditing, research, or reporting; assist with fraud prevention; and provide certain features to you. If you receive an email from us, we may use certain analytics tools, such as clear GIFs to capture data such as when you open our message or click on any links or banners our email contains. This data allows us to gauge the effectiveness of our communications and marketing campaigns.

18. Response Time and Fees Associated for Requesting Information on Your Personal Information
Please note that requests for changes to your personal information, even those submitted through our Site, may not be effective immediately. We will attempt to respond to any requests regarding personal information as soon as reasonably possible, and in any event not later than 30-days after receipt of each such request. We will advise you in writing if we cannot respond to any of your requests within this time limit.
