In her experience as a Certified Financial Planner, Martha has spent her career helping her clients plan and achieve their financial goals. 

Through this she has found a common theme, one in which she is determined to change: 

The negativity around the financial conversation. 

The conversation around money and finances has traditionally been met with confusion, uncertainty and an overall disconnect. This is because it has always been a one-sided conversation that is focused on gathering information in the mind and creating a task list, instead of beginning with a firm understanding of a person's feelings that have developed over time.  

These experiences, feelings and beliefs are in the Heart not in the Mind.  A person's emotional connection with money and finances is the true starting point and one that has been overlooked or even worse, dismissed. This is where Martha’s background in both business and education shines, as she brings her heartfelt compassion, experience and knowledge to uplift, empower and educate the people she works with.  

Martha’s passion for changing the conversation around money and finances has become the passion of her life’s work.  Martha believes in everyone's ability to create positive and impactful change in their life by taking back control through their own understanding and self-development.
